In two minutes

Watch the platform at work

The brief, a view's thread, annotations turning into tasks, the library, versioned file drops and the studio's numbers — in the order you actually use them.

01Method

How it works

Three steps to go from email chaos to an organized studio.

01

Create your project

Add a project, its views and its 7-stage pipeline in a few clicks.

02

Collaborate as a team

Chat per stage, assign tasks and track progress in real time.

03

Deliver & share

Share an interactive annotatable viewer with your clients via a simple link.

02The product

Everything you need

A tool designed specifically for architecture and 3D visualization studios.

01 / 04

They circle it. No more « the sofa, on the left »

Your client opens a link. They circle, arrow and comment at the exact spot — and they see the materials pinned on the image. No account to create, no software to install.

And any annotation can become a change request, so a task.

02 / 04

One thread per view, and the history writes itself

Seven stages from brief to delivery. Renders, feedback and sign-offs file themselves into the stage and mood they arrived in — in order. Six months later, you can still find why a decision was made.

No more email chains where the latest version is three replies up.

03 / 04

Your materials once. Not once per project.

Tiles, wood floors, wallpapers, stone: every material is sorted by family and carries the number of projects it has already served. What the studio learns stays in the studio.

Furniture, lighting and vegetation live in the same place.

04 / 04

A link that never changes from version to version

Drop a plan, a model, an export. Each new version lands on top, and the link stays the same — the one you already pasted into a message, a brief, or 3ds Max.

That link is what the scripts follow. See just below.

7-stage pipeline

From 3D modeling to HD delivery, every phase is tracked in real time with built-in client validation.

Interactive viewer

Share annotatable renders with your clients via a public link. Moods, comparisons, clickable hotspots.

Team collaboration

Per-stage messaging, invitations, roles (architect, observer), real-time notifications.

Calendar & planning

Schedule your work sessions per view in an Outlook-style calendar. Deadlines, worked hours and delays.

Mobile access

Check your projects, chat with your team and track progress from your phone — everything adapts.

Statistics & export

Estimated vs actual hours, progress per project, cloud storage used. One-click CSV export.

03The bridge

The platform and your scripts are one product

One files the project, the others do the work inside 3ds Max. What links them fits in a sentence: a drop's link does not change when the version does.

  1. The architect drops a new model. The file moves to v4; its link is the one it had at v1.

  2. In 3ds Max, AH Link Manager sees the source moved and updates the geometry — your materials, UVs and locked zones come through intact.

  3. The render goes back into the view's thread, at the right stage. Nobody re-sent a file.

Annotating a render

Your client circles, comments and sees the materials pinned at the exact spot — in their browser, with nothing to install.

What is Archviz Hub?

Archviz Hub is an all-in-one platform for archviz (architectural 3D visualization) studios: a 7-stage production pipeline, an interactive annotatable viewer for your clients, team collaboration, a planning calendar and a material library — all in a single tool.

Who is it for?

Architectural visualization studios and freelancers who produce 3D renders for architects, developers or agencies, and who want to replace email back-and-forth and scattered folders with a structured workspace.

Is the trial really free?

Yes: a 14-day free trial, no credit card and no commitment. You can test every feature before deciding.

How much does the subscription cost?

€19.90 per month, all included: unlimited projects and views, 40 GB of storage (expandable), team and clients invited for free. A flat price per studio, no surprises.

Do my clients need to install software or create an account?

No. You share a simple link: your clients view, compare and annotate renders straight from their browser — no software and no account to create.

Where is my data hosted?

Your data and files are hosted in Europe. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
